2. Cancellation & Balance Refunds

* System Failure or Undelivered Campaigns: If a campaign cannot be started or completed due to technical reasons or destination URL errors, the remaining unused funds will be instantly returned to your deposit balance.

* Active & Completed Campaigns: Once a promotional campaign has been processed and delivered by real active users, that portion of the service cannot be refunded.

* Incorrect URLs / Private Content: Please ensure your target URLs are public and correctly formatted. Campaigns configured with broken or private links may be canceled and credited back to your wallet.

3. How to Request a Refill or Support

To submit a refill request or inquire about an order:

1. Locate your Order #ID from the Recent Campaign Orders table on the Campaign Hub.

3. Include your account username, Order #ID, and target link. Our team reviews and processes requests within 12 to 24 hours.
